Branded Parlor System
Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream engaged us to develop a comprehensive franchise system for a branded Dreyer’s parlor. We created a “kit of parts” that were flexible and modular to accommodate different retail footprints and buildout costs.
Within that system we developed key branded elements to be include in all locations. The system included wall graphics, menu boards, point of purchase, posters, environmental graphics, exterior building treatments, material and finish selections, and store layout guidelines. We developed a branded retail environment guidelines manuel to aid new franchisees in outfitting their parlors.
We also designed and oversaw fabrication of their trade show booth which introduced their new soft serve machines.
