Our design practice is rooted in intermedia, which links multiple disciplines, environments and communication channels to create three-dimensional storytelling, encouraging conversations about a brand between the people who own it, who use it, and who share in its success.
Three-dimensional storytelling integrates communication channels across environments, from the physical, where people, products and spaces touch and connect face to face, to the digital, where people interact via web sites, email, virtual worlds and social media.
We specialize in being generalists: we are equally at home in the physical and digital world, with skills and a toolkit that spans both. We create ways to tell a brand’s story, whether that’s via a web site, blog, social network, by building an online community, or a place in a virtual world. Sometimes the story benefits from improved support in the physical world, like a new environment, signage or packaging.
The environments, channels and tools may be physical or digital, ordinary or exotic, but the goal is fundamental: better communication builds a better story. When everyone who has a stake in the brand can share in telling its story, both talking and listening, the result can be better customer relationships, stronger sales and stronger brands.
